My Story...My Mum worked as an unparalleled educator in English Literature and my Dad became a Vice-Chancellor – twice! For my part, after graduating from The University of Melbourne in 1997 with a combined honours Arts/Law degree, studying law and literature in France; working as a solicitor (and migration agent); and volunteering in range of community organisations I eventually succumbed to genetics. I have spent the last two decades in... Higher Education mentoring and leadership. To no-one's great surprise, I absolutely love it. ("And think to yourself, there's no place like home.")

The creativity, intelligence and ethical index of the people I work with in my mentoring service inspires me every day. On the outside it looks like a lot of listening and countless conversations! On the inside, it's about newly perceived realities; and working together in ways we know will really make a difference.
