I have spent a little over two decades offering development and support to academic leaders as they navigate transitions in their personal, professional, and organisational lives; and to working with teams, cohorts and organisations moving into and out of states of flux. For the first thirteen years of my consulting career, I held internal University-wide organisational culture roles relating to organisational development and positioned within either HR or the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
