I have spent a little over two decades offering development and support to academic leaders as they navigate transitions in their personal, professional, and organisational lives; and to working with teams, cohorts and organisations moving into and out of states of flux. For the first thirteen years of my consulting career, I held internal University-wide organisational culture roles relating to organisational development and positioned within either HR or the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.

These roles focused on role-based academic leadership development (Headship, Associate Deanship, Deputy and Associate roles, Course Leadership and Unit Chairing); equity, diversity and inclusion programs, academic women in leadership programs, anti-discrimination and anti-sexual harassment initiatives, and complaints management; and overarching university-wide communication, partnership and academic leadership and culture programs.
